Sussex is home to a rich diversity of habitats and species. There are around 80 protected wildlife species which live in Sussex ranging from dormice to bats, in addition there are also about 500 species recognised as a priority for conservation. As a result we see a wide variety of animals every year and we are passionate about the wonders of British wildlife.
